Harvey Update!
Hello All,
Charlie and Jess...thank you for your Ads.
I am still waiting on some other folks. Lets go!!!!!
The set is coming together. Please remember to thank Chris, Kathy and Dean Coffin. Very cool folks to dedicate so much time to us all.
Also thank the "Gods of light/sound". We are so very fortunate to have them part of our team!!!!
Saturday...we will arrive at 11:00 a.m. Get into our costumes and run the ENTIRE SHOW...with props, hats, purses...pads of paper...medical files. Bring those items that will enhance your character.
Mimi-coat rack...ok?
We will break for lunch and go over any sections that need special focus.
Sunday......we will meet at 12:00 p.m. and run the show again!

Wednesday Forum Ladies...remember to bring food/drinks that you will partake in while back stage....we need to see activity when the door is open. Mrs. Johnson (s) need to serve the guests as well.

Tuesday......OFF BOOK ACT I.
We will run Act I.....if you need a line, your understudies will assist you.
Understudies will then start to run Act I during the second half of the rehearsal.
NO PHONES! NO GAMES! NO TALKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I need ADS asap. Two per cast member.
Wednesday Evening-Act II and III.
Folks...we are about three weeks out from tech week. Lets move and memorize and really start to shape our characters.
The weekend of the 22/23 we will paint the set and run the show at least twice.
MONOLOGUES MUST BE MEMORIZED BY NEXT SATURDAY!!!!!!!!!!!

So.....now that we have a few hours to relax....why not write your bio?
I will NOT accept any bios after this weekend. What about Ads? What a great time to ask friends and family members.
Why not memorize Act I?
Those of you who are going to Norristown tomorrow...you need to somehow get back no later than 7:30 p.m. We are running Act II and Act III.
Please see what you can do to get to rehearsal.
No more time to waste.
Tickets are being ordered today as are the posters.
I am holding off on Tee-Shirts. I tend to order them, folks take them.....and many do not pay. If we want the shirts (which are cool and a great way to publicize the show)...terrific. You ALL must pay when you order.
The order I would need to place by next Monday.

Harvey at Whole Foods!!!!
Hello Friends,
So...please remember to focus today.
We need to arrange the Community Room and try and get all 3 Acts in. We can do this as long as no one is on their cells and we are ready to create.
We will also have to put the room back to the way it was when we leave.
The school does have power but it is freezing cold.

Whole Foods at 1:00 p.m. seems to be our plan for today. There is a sign that says Community Room above the door (not a double door).

Sunday at Whole Foods!
We have rehearsal space!
Tomorrow at 1:00 p.m. we will all gather at the Jenkintown Whole Foods and rehearse in their Community Room.
No understudies except for Dr. Sanderson (Mr. Yeager you are on!!!!).
The Community Room is located to the right of the produce department. There are double doors for us to use.
Please...Please...remember that we represent The JHS Theater Arts Department. You will be kind, courteous and wonderful (as you always are).
We have the space for two hours...so lets rock. Be on time.
If the power goes on at school-our rehearsal time will change to the morning.

Harvey-the weekend of no POWER!!!!
Hello All,
JHS is still without power.
Would it be possible to go to someone's home and run Act 2 and 3 tomorrow?
Then....Sunday....if all goes well and we have power....we can run the entire show.....and start at 11:00 a.m.
We are almost a month out....and can't afford losing a weekend.
Thoughts?
