Little Shop Update!

Dear Cast/Crew,

On November 7th, the Cheltenham Center for the Arts will be celebrating their 75th Anniversary Gala. The Center supports the visual and theater arts.

I have a meeting on Wednesday afternoon to discus the possibility of having a few cast members perform at the celebration. 

If the Center gives the "ok", I would like to perform the "Prologue", "Mushnik and Sons"...and "Feed Me -Git It". The time of performance would be approximately 7:45 p.m.

Please mark your calendars accordingly.

Just a Reminder. . . . .

September 20th

Only Street Urchins, Orin, Mushnik and Seymour are to be at rehearsal from 11:30-1:15 p.m.

At 1:15 p.m. ALL CAST and CREW arrive and rehearse until 2:00 p.m.

2:00 p.m. we all travel to Johnson Street.

We perform at 2:35 p.m. (ish) and then at 3:35 p.m. (ish)

Rehearsal schedule will be updated weekly-changes may occur at any time.

Little Shop Update!

Good Morning Cast/Crew of Little Shop!

What an evening we had at Call Backs! Everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE, was splendid. Really wonderful singing and movement. I will post the list probably tomorrow late afternoon. Miss Ann and I need to solidify a few parts.

Just a reminder.....

I can not say this too many times. GRADES! GRADES! RESPONSIBILITIES!

Being in the show is for those who are able to handle all of their student responsibilities. Grades must be maintained. If any cast member is on the "evil" list, I will have to seriously consider asking them to pause from being in the show this year.

In the past, I have struggled with this situation too many times.

Call Backs-Tuesday September 15th 7:15 p.m.-8:30 p.m.

Dear Friends,

I have to say that this season's Cast/Crew is filled to the brim with talent, energy and commitment!!!!

We had auditions starting on Thursday evening...continued in to Friday afternoon, and ended Saturday at 3:00 p.m.

Almost everyone was 100% prepared and ready to go.  

Those of you who have put time and energy into your audition, Miss Ann and I thank you. 
That shows us that you are willing to take your performance to the next level and make this the best show possible.

After much deliberation, Miss Ann and I would like to see the following cast members on Tuesday evening.  Please be ready by 7:15 p.m.  Doors will open at 7:00 p.m.

I STRONGLY encourage anyone who is called back, to be as polished as they can be. There are just not enough female parts for all those who are trying out.

Lindy Communities has offered to host and pay for our cast party! We have graciously accepted! As soon as we know more information we will let you know!!!

Reminders. . . . .

Thank you everyone for taking time to meet and sing through the audition material. I will post all information for the auditions by Saturday morning.

I urge all participants in the auditioning process to look at more than one part. Gentlemen.......I strongly suggest that you take a look at all 4 principle parts.

Make sure you really know your material...lots of talent auditioning this fall.

Remember to collect your money for Mums.

ALL ORDERS need to be in by SEPTEMBER 9th.

After that date-NONE will be accepted.

ALL CAST/CREW are responsible for selling 10 mums. The more funds you raise, the more we can do with our sets/costumes.
