Circus Update!

Hi Folks,

I just talked to Eric. All cast members need to have their knees covered. Leggings or sweat pants will need to be worn.

Ladies...remember to wear a top that tucks in. You will be moving quite a bit and need to be covered.

Directions for 9/22/13 Circus Space

Directions to Eric's Circus space:

"The most direct route: Go to Washington and take it all the way into Germantown to where it ends. Turn left onto Wayne Ave, and you will travel to the sixth traffic light and turn right onto Coulter St. Go through two stop signs and find available street parking after crossing Morris St. We are immediately on your left right before the train bridge."

PIPPIN AD HUNT!!!!!

Dear Friends,

Those folks who do not need to arrive at rehearsal until
2:45 p.m. on Saturday (9/22/13) need to meet at:

12:30 p.m. at the Town Square.  

Please bring your "press packets".
You will be divided into groups and begin the "hunt " for ads!!!!!!

$75  per-person NO LATER than October 15th!!!!!!!!

Saturday September 21 Rehearsal Update

Dear Friends,

Here is an updated schedule for our saturday rehearsal. 

Please make a note when you are to arrive:

12:30-1:30  p.m.
             Leading Player/ Pippin (Ryan as well)
1:30-2:45 p.m. 
             Leading Player, Pippin, Lewis, Fastrada, Charlemagne
2:45-4:45 p.m. 
             Entire Company 

Please bring lunch and perhaps a dessert to share with the cast.

All food should be brought to the choral room before you come to the auditorium.

Parent Meeting Tuesday 8:30 p.m.

Hello Cast,

We are a "go" for the Circus School this Sunday 5:30-7:30 p.m.  We will need four more drivers to make this happen.

Wednesday night there is a mandatory parent meeting at 8:30 p.m. in the auditorium.  Please have your parents contact you when they arrive...so you can open the door.

You MUST have the waver form signed before Sunday...or you will not be permitted to attend the event Sunday night.

Welcome!

The cast list has been posted and we are ready to begin our intensive work to create an awesome production.

This Sunday...ALL CAST MEMBERS 12:30-4:30 p.m.  

If you need food, bring it with you.

Check all dates on the schedule.  No one is permitted to miss any rehearsals.

Circus School is September 22 at 5:30 p.m.

Our Parent meeting is this Tuesday evening.  You need a member of your family present.
