Harvey Update-January 25/26 2014

Just a BIG Reminder:
There is YES rehearsal tomorrow. 

Running Act I from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. BE ON TIME! No silliness-time is moving faster than you think.
Sunday-Rehearsal STARTS at 11:30 a.m. We begin ACT II. 

ALL CAST MEMBERS need to attend.

Harvey Update-January 21st

Hi Everyone,
So...snow once again.
I am going to pause on rehearsal for tomorrow night.

We will have rehearsal Saturday (January 25) morning starting at 11:00 a.m. (on the button!!)

We need to run ALL of Act 1. No understudies needed.

YES...all Chauvenets.

We will conclude in time for the folks to sing the National Anthem.

Sunday, we will begin Act II at 11:30 a.m. (YES...understudies) and perhaps shop with the Chauvenets, Judge/Chumley after that.

To the group who went out on Sunday...thank you for being such awesome folks to hang with!!!

Costumes/Tuesday January 21st!!!!!!

Hello All,
Today we search for costumes with: Evan Dan, Rory, Olivia, Mimi, Kathy and I at 12:30 p.m. at the Link Circle.
We will have one rehearsal this week.

Tuesday night we will begin at 7:00 p.m. with Act 1. We will run it one time with Alicia as Mrs. Chauvenet.

This should take no longer than 50minutes if we move the pace a bit (which we need to anyway)

Our next rehearsal will not be until the weekend.....before the Wizard's game.

Hats Off!!!!

My hat goes off to the cast and crew of Harvey. Quickest 45 minutes of painting on record. Thank you everyone. Now we begin building for the show!

Harvey Schedule for January 18/19 2014

Hello All,
Today we paint the back of the stage. Yes...it is our responsibility and a sign of good faith.
The Theater Arts Department needs to maintain a standard of excellence. Having us bring the stage space back to "normal status" helps us maintain the support and respect of the school and Administration.

We will start at 12:30 p.m. (please arrive between 12:15 and 12:30 p.m.)

I will get folks pizza and what-not (Dan is in charge of the ordering). If we have a ton of folks it will not take long at all. I will be getting more rollers and pans this morning.

Tomorrow I will take a select few to begin our hunt for costumes. We will meet at school at 12:30 p.m.

I am thrilled to announce that Kathy McGeehan is going to be our prop/costume Guru again this season!!!!!!!!

She rocks!

1.  Your character's back-story...and explain the relationships that your character has with other members of the play.

3.  Three (3) gestures that your character will use during the play.

4.  Two (2) different ways your character will stand during the play.

5. Bring a complete list of costume "concepts" for your character.

Harvey Begins SUNDAY!!!!!!!!

Dear Cast,

I hope you all enjoyed the day off Friday!

There are quite a few conflicts happening tomorrow during our rehearsal time.

I would like to have everyone at our rehearsal...therefore, we will not have rehearsal tomorrow but begin the Harvey schedule on Sunday at 12:00 p.m.

ALL CAST members must attend.  There will be a meeting after the read through for all Show Case Cast members.

Please bring your lunch on Sunday!

Harvey Rehearsal Postponed until January 4th!

Dear Cast,

Due to the upcoming snow, we will begin our Harvey read-through Saturday afternoon.

I will need to start at 1:30 p.m. this Saturday.

Please adjust your calendars and I thank you for your flexibility.
