Friends,

As we near closer to opening night there is much to be done!

Please read through the list carefully; pay special attention to the items that refer to you.

Actors: continue to work hard and focus on your character's physical and emotional choices.  

Crew/Production Team: Continue to be the motivating force behind the scenes. 

Saturday's rehearsal begins at 11:45 a.m. Please arrive at 11:35 a.m. 
Crew/Production Team/Jurors

Tasks for Saturday:
1. Marielle/Delene: Complete costume concept (Saturday 11:45 a.m.) with entire cast.
1a. Marielle to see Ms. Farr to discuss costumes. (Delene goes if desired)
1b. Marielle: bring items back to have cast try on costumes.
2. 12:30 p.m. workshop continues with 12 Jurors/Swings.
3. Crew: 11:45 a.m. Paint (inside) frame of doors (sugar brown)
4. Yusra/Isabelle/Crew.....begin painting back wall.
5. Workshop continues-ALL ACTS MEMORIZED by the end of Saturday's rehearsal (4:45 p.m.)
6. Get sponsorship forms....generate the funds we need to support the Theater Arts Department.


Potluck Theme:      MEXICAN FOOD!!!
